Limitations on Product Liability
Glow Party makes no warranty of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is hereby disclaimed by Glow Party* for the products we carry.  Glow Party* shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, monetary loss or expenses arising from the use or inability to use the products we sell for any purpose whatsoever. Only such warranties as are made by the manufacturer of the goods are available to the buyer.

By purchasing these products from Glow Party*, the consumer recognizes that these products are manufactured for specific safety and entertainment purposes and reasonable care, caution and supervision should be exercised in their use.   Unacceptable uses include, but are not limited to throwing (including use as a projectile, weapon or as part of entertainment that may cause injury to someone), modification of the product, human ingestion or consumption or dismantling (including cutting, tearing, ripping or chewing which exposes the internal contents thereof) and is a violation of the intended safe use of all chemical-liquid products.  If such violation occurs, the consumer agrees to exempt and release Glow Party* and the manufacturer, its directors, officers, agents, servants and employees, from any and all liability, claims, demands or actions or causes of action whatsoever arising out of any damage, loss, injury or death as a result of their use. This release encompasses all losses, damages, injuries and deaths resulting from any cause, whether the fault of the user, a defect in the product or misuse regardless of intention.  This product liability limitation cannot be amended, altered or made void by any representative either verbally or in writing of Glow Party*, or the manufacturer and the consumer agrees to the terms of these limitations when purchasing or receiving merchandise from Glow Party*.  If you do not agree to these terms, then do not purchase or request products from Glow Party*.

Price, availability and any information related thereto are subject to change without notice. This includes availability or discontinuation of products, published prices or changes in product specifications by the manufacturer.   Glow Party shall not be held responsible or liable for the timely updates of this site to reflect such changes.  Where discrepancies exist between the web site information and published products, specifications or prices, the published information on file at Glow Party is the definitive source and shall prevail at all times.  No oral or written advice or information given by Glow Party nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, providers, sponsors, and the like shall create a warranty and you shall not rely on any such information or advice.

The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Glow Party reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of personally identifiable information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be financially responsible for all orders that you place from Glow Party, including all minors that may place an order from us where you are the legal guardian. All sales Final.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Glow Party* with respect to this Site, the products and services, and its supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between customer and Glow Party.  A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
