SHIPPING & RETURNS

Glowparty.com uses the United States Postal Service ( USPS ) for most of our shipping, sometimes we will ship items via DHL, Federal Express and UPS, depending on the size of your order. Insurance is up to you. We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipment. If you would like your package insured, the cost is $1.45 for every $50 worth of merchandise ordered.

Glowparty only accepts returns is if the merchandise is faulty, we will then replace it.

Glowparty accepts: PayPal, Money Orders & Cashiers Checks.

Orders are processed within twenty-four hours and are usually shipped within three business days or less, but please allow up to 3 weeks, up to 6 weeks for International Orders. Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated when ordering. Sales tax is automatically calculated for Ohio residents. During the order process you are shown an itemized list of product prices, shipping charges and applicable sales tax along with the order total before you commit to your order. International customers may be responsible for import fees, local taxes, local delivery fees, or other charges at time of delivery. We are not responsible for orders lost during shipping.
